At Swim Essentials, we are continuously working to improve the sustainability of our products and business operations. We recognize the importance of responsible production and material choices, and we work closely with production partners who meet our quality and sustainability standards.

Materials

Where possible, we explore the use of recycled and responsibly sourced materials in our products. By incorporating recycled materials, we aim to reduce our reliance on virgin resources and support more circular production practices. From 2025 onwards, we aim to increase the use of recycled materials across our swimwear collections.

Global Recycled Standard (GRS)

At Swim Essentials, we believe it is important to make conscious choices when it comes to the materials we use. That is why some of our products contain materials certified according to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). When a product contains GRS-certified materials, this is stated in the product description.

The Global Recycled Standard is an internationally recognized certification for recycled materials. The standard verifies not only that recycled materials are genuinely used in a product, but also that they can be traced throughout the supply chain. It also includes requirements relating to environmental management, chemical use, and social responsibility.

Certification is verified by independent, third-party certification bodies.
