What shipping and delivery methods do you use?
- We ship orders via the US Postal Service, FedEx, DHL, UPS, AIC, OnTrack, LaserShip, Axle Hire with rates for each of the services calculated at checkout by weight. All orders are sent from Louisville. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

What is Same Day Shipping?
Orders placed before 2pm EST, Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays), will usually ship the same day. Occasionally, during large promotional events, there may be an additional delay of 2-3 business days. In order to qualify for free shipping the order must have an after discount subtotal of $80.00. Taxes are not included in that subtotal.

What is your sales tax policy?
- Sales tax is calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.
